Project objective
The project comprised 448 apartments and 18 townhouses on a 2.5ha site, with a third of the project open space.
RCI Infrastructure involvement
Supply and install 700 meters of water main, including connections to all properties. Supply and install 200 meter sewer main, including connections to all properties. Connect to existing manholes. All works to South East Waters requirements. Sewer and water main works were on a critical path to enable road construction to continue. Sewer and water main works were on a critical path to enable the properties to be completed.
Project completion
Sewer and water main works delivered on time and on budget.
