Project objective
The project comprised a multi-level, 75 Apartment building complex.
RCI Infrastructure involvement
Provide sewer to the project. Install new manhole 8 meters deep, below the water table. Full dewatering of the area required. Hand tunnel part of the sewer due to existing services. Out of hours works required on client request to expedite the construction timeframe.
Project completion
Sewer works delivered on time and on budget.
